James Paul graduated from La Trobe University in 2014. He has always had a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy,  as well as clinical pilates. James has completed further training in pilates that can be utilised in a class setting as well as one on one consultations.

James’ interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation comes from his interest in sports, exercise and the human body. All of which are important for treating clients from all aspects of life.

James enjoys playing golf, and also currently plays football with the Old Haileybury Amateur Football Club, and unfortunately for him has dealt with a number of his own injuries, meaning he has experience on both sides of the consultation!
