LLS is a progressive strength training program for people over the age of 50. This program is designed to increase
- Flexibility & Co-ordination
- Help to increase confidence
- Decrease risk of falls
Research demonstrates that strength training can help prevent or manage conditions like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis and depression.
Initial Assessment (30min): $40
Group training sessions (60min): $10 or purchase pack of 10 sessions for $80 (SAVE $20)
