Nicole loves food! When she finds herself with spare time she loves cooking with her children and throwing dinner parties for friends and family. Her passion for food (and eating) is what led Nicole to become a Dietitian.
Nicole completed 5 years of university to become an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She gained experience working at Caulfield Community Health Service and Bentleigh Bayside Community Health Centre before founding Best Food Forward in 2007.
Nicole has a special interest in helping women maintain a healthy diet during pregnancy. Between exhaustion, nausea, hunger and confusion from information overload, pregnancy can be a challenging time to eat well. Nicole can help women with practical advice during this tough time.
